Turf & Venue Booking Platform

A SaaS platform for businesses that manage sports venues such as cricket turfs, football grounds, badminton courts, basketball courts, and other bookable spaces.

The goal is to make venue booking simple for users while giving venue owners the tools they need to manage their businesses.

The problem

Booking a sports venue can still be surprisingly manual.

A user may have to:

  • Find a suitable venue
  • Contact the venue owner
  • Ask about available time slots
  • Confirm the price
  • Make the payment
  • Receive confirmation

For venue owners, managing bookings can involve:

  • Phone calls
  • WhatsApp messages
  • Spreadsheets
  • Manual availability tracking
  • Payment collection
  • Cancellation handling

This can become difficult as the number of customers and bookings increases.

The idea

The platform connects venue owners with customers.

A customer should be able to:

  1. Search for a venue
  2. View available time slots
  3. Check pricing
  4. Select a time slot
  5. Make a booking
  6. Make a payment
  7. Receive confirmation

Venue owners should be able to:

  1. Create their venue
  2. Define available courts or turfs
  3. Configure operating hours
  4. Configure pricing
  5. Manage bookings
  6. Block unavailable slots
  7. View revenue
  8. Manage customers

Initial version

The first version will focus on solving the core booking problem.

The initial system will include:

  • User registration and login
  • Venue listing
  • Venue details
  • Availability calendar
  • Time-slot selection
  • Booking creation
  • Booking confirmation
  • Basic payment integration
  • Booking history
  • Venue-owner dashboard

The objective of V1 is to build a reliable booking flow rather than trying to build every possible feature immediately.
